In communicating with Marine Corps Intelligence School. A process to get College credit for courses taken at Goodfellow under the Air force has been relayed. If any 2600 looks at their Joint Service Transcript it is most likely blank. Here is a work around to get your JST updated with the proper college credits so if you’re attending college or plan to attend college you start from the same place as your Air force, Army and Navy classmates. The process is being addressed to make sure JST’s get updated automatically in the near future with minimum input from the Marine. Below is communication from the Community College of the Air Force.

When creating the request, select “CCAF Request”, then “Separated/Retired Students/Wounded Warrior”, choose “General Questions”.
Members from other services, civilians, and officers are not able to enroll in a CCAF degree program but are able to obtain an Air University transcript reflecting completion of CCAF courses as a “non-degree seeking student”. Records for these individuals are not created automatically and must be requested to be created by CCAF. If you have taken a CCAF course, we may be able to look up and add courses to your transcript, if we can verify it in the AF’s training databases.

If any of the Marines going through the process need to substantiate the class number/ID and dates they attended Either MCIS or the MarDet at GAFB can assist them in that; however the Marines need to register on that site until we can get the CCAF systems to talk to MCTIMS/JST.
